Friedrich Kübler gained a lot of experience in his medium-sized company Hausmeisterzentrale Sigmaringen. Especially when it came to winter services from pavements to car parks to company premises and roads, it quickly became clear that conventional snow ploughs were not sufficient for these various requirements. As a mechanical engineer, he then developed his first prototype for a hydraulically expandable snow blade in 2012. Since then, many winter service operations have been successfully carried out. From the first prototype, the TELEFLEX® snow plough family was developed with continuous further development to meet all requirements.

Thomas Kotzmann, himself a successful businessman from Würzburg, was inspired by Friedrich Kübler with this innovative product concept and together they founded KüKo-Technik GmbH und Co. KG in February 2020.

The company is based in Sigmaringen-Laiz in Germany.
